Cebeci Gayrimenkul & İnşaat chose Realty Planning, Project and Development Works in the business life in Istanbul as the main field of work. Iron Plate Manufacturing, Intracity Transportation and Fuel Oil Transportation as subfields. Our 5-year target as Cebeci Grup Geliştirme ve Yatırım A.Ş. is; To complete, advertise and sell a construction Project of 125.000 m2 in total such as;

- 35.000 m² Residence and Commercial Area of which licence is obtained in İstanbul Pendik,
- 25.000 m2 Villa and Commercial Building in Kurtköy,
- 25.000 m2 Residence and Commercial Building in Kocaeli Çayırova Mutlukent,
- 40.000 m² Logistics and Warehouse Buildings in Gebze Muallim and Balçık Villages
